Returns and Exchanges Policy
Hi-Gene does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Hi-Gene will accept all refunds or replacement requests for incorrect, damaged or faulty goods if the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. If goods are visibly damaged before removing from outer packaging, do not accept the order. Please notify us immediately if you need to lodge a return request, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The product must remain in saleable condition, or you may not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
